Who is EIFSTECH?

EIFSTECH is a licensed Plastering Contractor that specializes in the installation of Exterior Insulation and Finishing Systems. While a state license is not currently required to install EIFS, EIFSTECH is a state licensed contractor and our people have extensive training in all types of EIFS finishes. Because we install only EIFS, our knowledge and experience far exceed those of the typical part-time EIFS installers.
EIFSTECH was established in 1995 and has been in operation ever since. With a full-time staff of more than 35 professionals and an excellent management team at hand, EIFSTECH has quickly become one of South Florida's premier insured and licensed EIFS installation firms.
 
We have done large and small projects from Ohio to South Carolina to Key West. EIFSTECH is a registered applicator for Sto, Dryvit, Surewall, Finestone, Senergy, Tec Full-O-Mite and Parex. In 1998 we did approximately 350,000 sq. ft. of EIFS, and the numbers will soon be available for 1999.


         
**We do not do stucco, one coat or any other type of plastering only EIFS.**
